1 cup roasted, salted sunflower seeds
1/3 cup coconut oil
- Combine seeds and oil in a blender* until smooth
- Top your favorite frozen desert*. To allow the shell to set, place in freezer for at least 5 minutes.
- Store leftover, liquid shell in an air-tight container
*I used a NutriBullet. Occasionally, I had to scrap the sides of the cup and continue blending.
