Salty, Sunflower Seed Magic Shell


1 cup roasted, salted sunflower seeds

1/3 cup coconut oil


  1. Combine seeds and oil in a blender* until smooth
  2. Top your favorite frozen desert*. To allow the shell to set, place in freezer for at least 5 minutes.
  3. Store leftover, liquid shell in an air-tight container

*I used a NutriBullet. Occasionally, I had to scrap the sides of the cup and continue blending.
