Overnight Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Servings: 1


½ cup chocolate hemp milk

2 Tbs chia seeds

1 ½ Tbs raw cacao powder

½ Tbs organic maple syrup

Toppings of your choosing (I used pecans, hemp seeds, shredded coconut, and raisins)


Excluding the toppings, combine all the ingredients in a glass jar with a lid, give it a quick stir, and seal the jar. Shake the closed jar rigorously. Shaking or stirring occasionally, allow mixture to soak in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight to obtain a very thick consistency.  Serve the pudding chilled with whatever toppings you prefer.
