Banana Ice Cream

Serves: 1


1 large banana*


  1. Peel banana, and discard peel
  2. Slice fruit into about half an inch thick banana disks
  3. Freeze slices in an air-tight bag for at least two hours or until hard. I recommend freezing your banana overnight.
  4. Blend completely frozen slices until smooth
  5. Pour into your favorite bowl, and add whatever toppings your heart desires*
  6. ENJOY!

*Since bananas sweeten as they ripe, the more ripe your banana; the more sweet our ice cream with taste.
